The free mockup

The homepage mockup offered on this site is provided free of charge and with no obligation to purchase anything. It is a design concept prepared for your review; it is not a finished website and is not a binding proposal.

Pricing, scope & timelines

The prices, inclusions, exclusions, and timelines described on this page — including the $2,499 rebuild, the $99 per month hosting and maintenance, and the 21-day delivery window — describe our standard offer and are provided for information. They may change, and nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any engagement to build or host a website is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Unthought LLC, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.

The 21-day timeline runs from the date we have both your deposit and the materials we need from you, and pauses while we are waiting on content or approvals from you. Work outside the described scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it in writing.

Payment terms

A deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance becomes due after you have reviewed and approved the design. Monthly hosting and maintenance begins at launch, is billed monthly, and may be cancelled at any time; on cancellation, the website and domain remain yours.

Third-party services

Our work involves third-party platforms we do not control (for example domain registrars, hosting providers, and search engines). Their availability, policies, and timelines are set by those providers, and we are not responsible for their decisions or delays. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business outcome.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unthought LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
