Website Rebuild —
$2,499, live in 21 days.
Your site still works — it just looks like it was built a decade ago. I rebuild it as a fast, modern one for one fixed price.

Send me your current site. I'll design a new homepage and send it back — free, no call required.
See the design before you pay the balance.
- Deposit to start, balance after you approve the design
- Live in 21 days
- $99/mo hosting + maintenance after launch
- You own the site, the domain, and the code
You already know the site needs replacing.
That was never the hard part. The hard part is everything between deciding and having a new one.
It looks its age
Tiny type, a stock hero image, a layout that breaks on a phone. It still loads — it just tells everyone who lands on it that the business stopped paying attention years ago.
Nobody will tell you the price
Every site you check says "request a quote." That's a discovery call, a proposal, and two weeks before you learn a number you could have had in ten seconds.
The scope grows after you sign
The quote covers five pages. Then it's a change order for the contact form, another for the blog, another for the photo gallery — and the number you agreed to stops being the number.
Everything on this list. Nothing hidden behind a change order.
One fixed price. If it's on this list, it's in the build.
- A complete redesign of your site — new layout, new type, new colors, built from scratch rather than dropped into a template
- Up to 6 pages (typically home, about, services, a service detail page, gallery, contact) — say the word and we swap which six
- Every page rewritten: your existing copy tightened, or new copy written for you if there isn't any worth keeping
- Mobile-first build — designed on a phone screen first, then widened, because that's where your visitors actually are
- A working contact form that emails you the moment someone submits, with spam filtering
- Your existing content migrated over — pages, photos, services, hours, addresses
- Basic on-page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, sitemap, and redirects from your old URLs so existing search rankings survive the move
- Google Analytics installed and verified, so you can see what the new site is doing
- Speed and accessibility pass — compressed images, real contrast, keyboard-navigable, semantic markup
- Launch handled end to end: domain pointed, SSL, old site retired, nothing goes dark in between
What's not included
Stated up front so it never becomes a change order. Any of these can be quoted separately — just ask before you start.
- E-commerce, checkout, or payment processing
- Custom web apps, portals, logins, dashboards, or booking systems
- Ongoing SEO campaigns, content marketing, or link building
- Google Ads, Meta ads, or any media buying and management
- Logo design or a full brand identity (I'll work with the logo you have)
- Professional photography or paid stock licensing
- Copywriting for pages beyond the six in the build
- Migrating or rebuilding a site with more than ~6 pages of content
Three milestones, and you know where you are at every one.
The clock starts the day I have your deposit and your content. Everything below is on me except the two approvals.
- 01Days 1–7
Design
I go through your current site, then design the new homepage and the page templates behind it. You get the full design to look at — not a description of it, the actual thing.
Your part · You approve the design, or tell me what to change. Nothing gets built until you've signed off.
- 02Days 8–17
Build
The approved design becomes the real site: every page built, your content migrated in, copy written, forms wired up, analytics installed, redirects mapped from your old URLs.
Your part · You review the staging link and send one round of changes. I make them.
- 03Days 18–21
Launch
Final pass on speed, mobile, and accessibility. Then the domain gets pointed, SSL goes on, and the new site goes live with the old one retired cleanly. You get a short walkthrough of how to reach me for edits.
Your part · You do nothing. It just goes live.
Twenty-one days is measured from the day I have your deposit and your content. If I'm waiting on photos or copy from you, the clock waits too — and I'll tell you exactly what I'm waiting on.
A site I built, and the honest story behind it.
LD Landscape is a real, live site I designed and built. It was a free build for a friend's business — not a paid engagement — and I'm not going to dress it up as anything else. Click it and judge the work, because the work is the only thing I'm asking you to judge.
What's on it
- A one-page site built mobile-first
- A quote form wired to email
- Layout, type, and copy done end to end
LD Landscape — Built free for a friend's business. No results or performance are claimed for it.
What I'm not going to claim
Unthought is new. I don't have a wall of logos, a testimonial page, or a case study with a percentage in it — and I'd rather say that than invent one. What I have is a fixed price you can read without a phone call, a design you see before you pay the balance, and work you can open in a browser right now.
The whole price, on the page.
No discovery call to find out the number. Here it is, and here's exactly what each part of it buys.
$1,250 deposit to start. The remaining $1,249 is due only after you've seen the design and approved it.
- Everything in the included list above
- One round of changes after the build
- Launch, domain, SSL, and redirects handled
- The site, the domain, and the code are yours
Billed monthly starting the day the site goes live. Cancel any time — the site and the domain stay yours either way.
- Hosting, SSL, and daily backups
- Security patches and platform updates
- Uptime monitoring, and I fix it if it breaks
- Up to 30 minutes of content edits a month — text, photos, hours, prices
See the design before you pay the balance.
You put down the deposit, I design your new homepage and page templates, and you look at the finished design before another dollar moves. Don't approve it, don't pay the balance.
The mockup below is free and needs nothing from you but a link to your current site.
The questions people actually ask
What if I need changes?
Who owns the site?
What is the $99/mo actually for?
What if I don't like the design?
What do you need from me?
Does 21 days include the time I take to approve things?
Will my Google rankings survive the move?
What if my site is bigger than six pages?
Who actually does the work?
